We then got to go behind the scenes! Here is some of the fish that they feed the penguins with - there are around 300 penguins that they care for, and they eat 300-500 pounds of fish per day! Most of the fish they just drop in the water in the exhibit - there's a current in the water so it makes the fish seem more alive, which presumably means they're tastier :-)
